Ensure that systems are up - to - date with the latest security and performance enhancements. Backup and Recovery : Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data. Test and verify the effectiveness of backup and recovery processes. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up - to - date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Create and update documentation for troubleshooting and operational procedures. Collaboration : Collaborate with other IT teams, including network, security, and applications, to address cross - functional operational needs. Participate in IT projects and initiatives. Capacity Planning : Monitor system resource usage and participate in capacity planning activities. Provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades based on capacity assessments. User Support : Provide support to end - users for IT - related issues. Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical concerns.
