Key Responsibilities

  • Initiating outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the firm, gauge their interest, and schedule appointments for further discussion
  • Following up with leads who have shown initial interest but have not yet committed
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline for purchasing or selling properties
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with leads and updating an Excel sheet
