Your responsibility is to generate revenue through Taxbuddy.com by focusing on corporate tie-ups and top-line growth. - Identify and convert prospects into customers. - Explore business opportunities and guide the team to meet sales and revenue targets. - Monitor and report on sales activities to ensure alignment with goals. - Collaborate with the team to execute the go-to-market strategy. - Ensure customer satisfaction for corporate clients, focusing on retention and upselling. - Present products to potential clients and close deals. Preferred Location: Uttar Pradesh Qualifications: - Graduate in any stream, Fresher, or 12 years of sales experience. - Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or strategic management are advantageous. Experience: - Ability to set up lead generation teams and structure a proper sales funnel. - Exceptional candidates without prior experience will also be considered. Skills: - Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Relationship Management: Ability to leverage existing networks and establish new corporate relationships. - Responsible, dedicated, and open to working under leadership. - Ready to work in a team and take directions from the manager. - Proficiency in Hindi and English for customer engagement.
