As a Corporate Sales Lead for North at Taxbuddy.com, your role involves generating revenue through corporate tie-ups and focusing on top-line growth. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Identify and convert prospects into customers effectively. - Explore business opportunities and provide guidance to the team to achieve sales and revenue targets. - Monitor and report on sales activities to ensure alignment with the set goals. - Collaborate with the team to execute the go-to-market strategy efficiently. - Ensure customer satisfaction for corporate clients, with a focus on retention and upselling. - Present products to potential clients and successfully close deals. About the Company: SSBA Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a Fintech Startup based in Mumbai, with technology centers in Pune and Bangalore. The company is disrupting financial markets by incorporating cutting-edge technologies like Cloud, AI, and ML. Preferred Locations: Uttar Pradesh Educational Qualifications: - Graduate in any stream, Fresher, or a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales. - Possession of relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or strategic management will be an additional advantage. Experience: - Ability to establish lead generation teams and structure a proficient sales funnel. - Exceptional candidates with no prior experience will also be considered. Skills Required: - Sales Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales activities. - Relationship Management: Capability to leverage existing networks and build new corporate relationships. - Traits of being responsible, dedicated, and open to working under leadership. - Willingness to work collaboratively in a team and follow directions from the manager. - Proficiency in Hindi and English is crucial for effective customer engagement.
