Job Description

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive for SBI prepaid card solutions in Delhi NCR, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new corporate clients through field-based client visits and educate them about the benefits and features of SBI prepaid card solutions. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing training and support to their employees. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and provide ongoing customer support to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Visit corporate prospects in Delhi NCR to present SBI prepaid card solutions. - Deliver in-person product demonstrations and presentations to corporate decision-makers. - Conduct in-person onboarding sessions for new corporate clients and their employees. - Provide live training and support for using the customer portal and the mobile app. - Work closely with SBI branches and internal teams to facilitate KYC and card issuance. - Serve as the go-to field contact for any onboarding, portal access, or card/app issues. - Achieve assigned business and revenue targets through regular field outreach and pipeline management. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SBIs prepaid offerings. - Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and relevant on-ground activations in the region. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in the field and manage a regional client base. - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving attitude. - Familiarity with digital financial products is a plus.
