Your Responsibilities

• Lead management: Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads from various channels. Initiate timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline. Guide leads through the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Product knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of myHQ's offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
• Sales process & client management: Utilize a consultative sales approach to align our solutions with the identified needs of leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring a positive experience. Provide ongoing support to leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the decision-making process. Gather feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our virtual office solutions.
• Reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in the CRM. Analyse data to optimise the lead nurturing and conversion process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve the overall lead management process.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
