Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting sales and corporate training sessions, designing effective sales strategies, and guiding teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will deliver customer service training, evaluate team performance, and ensure best practices in sales and customer engagement are consistently applied. The training programs aim to enhance the performance of both existing sales team members and newly onboarded professionals, contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop customized training modules focusing on real estate prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, closing deals, and client retention for new hires and experienced sales staff. - Deliver interactive virtual sessions incorporating role-plays, real estate market scenarios, and Q&A to effectively engage team members. - Motivate and coach sales professionals at all levels to improve sales effectiveness and confidence. - Collaborate with senior management to align training with business goals and facilitate the smooth integration of new team members. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred. - Provide ongoing coaching, track progress, and report performance for existing and new sales staff. Qualifications: - Proficiency in delivering Sales and Corporate Training programs. - Deep understanding of Sales Processes and strategies. - Expertise in Customer Service training and best practices. - Proven track record in Sales with the ability to provide actionable coaching. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt training methods for hybrid work environments. - Relevant experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred: - Sales training or coaching certification. - Successful track record in training real estate professionals. - Familiarity with local real estate laws and market dynamics.
