finding suitable placements with the right companies, we have your backs at all times.
We are looking to hire a Corporate Relations Associate to join our Career Services
Placement vertical responsible for driving placements for Skillovilla's certified students. This
role would require ensuring jobs and internships for Skillovilla's students, who graduate from
the platform after completing their certification, by onboarding new companies and
strengthening relationships with the existing ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and align suitable candidates based on their requirements.
  • Connect with students to inform them of available opportunities and take opt-ins for applications.
  • Prepare students for upcoming interviews by providing guidance and support to improve placement success.
  • Maintain a detailed history of student applications for analytical purposes and future action.
  • Outreach to colleges to establish partnerships with Skillovilla for potential collaborations.
  • Manage and optimize organic channels to generate additional revenue streams through college and entity partnerships.
  • Develop business intelligence on current and potential clients through conferences, online research, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media interaction in order to maximise outbound strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of B2B experience in handling corporate relations/client management
  • Experience in interacting with the senior management, CXO, or business heads 
  • preferred Experience in selling B2B products/SaaS to medium and big sized organization
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, LinkedIn, Lusha and other lead generation, networking and CRM tools
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical, self-driven, confident and target oriented
