Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Handle
IT and Non-IT recruitment
, including niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates.
Maintain strong
stakeholder management
by ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the recruitment cycle.
Draft and post job descriptions across relevant job portals and social media platforms.
Track and maintain recruitment performance in line with organizational
KPIs
.
Ensure timely closure of requisitions while maintaining high quality of hire.
Maintain accurate and updated reports, trackers, and databases in
Excel
.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruiter in a corporate or in-house environment.
Strong knowledge of
IT & Non-IT hiring
and experience working on niche skills.
Excellent
stakeholder management
and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/portals.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
