1. Alternate Vendor Development: Coordinate the dispatch of development samples to Precise Lab, maintain tracking logs, follow up on test results, and actively participate in meetings and discussions related to alternate vendor development.
2. Routine Vendor Development: Initiate vendor qualification requests for the purchase team, maintain ongoing communication with vendors to obtain pending documentation, and review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards
3. Preparing, maintaining and sharing the list of approved vendors for all LL sites.
4. Conducting assigned vendor audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
5. Updating and maintaining ERP system entries related to the Item Master, including additions and modifications.
6. Drafting, revising, and distributing Raw Material Specifications (RMS) to relevant manufacturing sites.
7. Providing documentation support to Regulatory team.
8. Reviewing Final Product Certificate of Analysis (FP-COA) for the UK market.
9. Assisting the Exports Team with necessary documentation requirements.
10. preparing export declarations based on shipment details and sharing them with the UK export team for processing.
11. Addressing and resolving customer queries and maintaining the tracking log.
12. To raise and log, change controls and deviations in absence of designee.
13. To arrange finished product samples and coordinating with relevant teams based on their requirements.
14. Facilitating training sessions to enhance team skills and efficiency.
15. Providing support to the Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) team for audits, urgent requirements, and other miscellaneous tasks.
16. Any other job assigned by the Head of the Department as per work requirements.
