Job Description

As a Procurement Optimization Analyst, your role involves supporting the optimization of procurement strategies by conducting in-depth data analysis, tracking performance, and cost modeling. You will work closely with group procurement teams, including category directors and managers, to ensure that procurement processes enhance efficiency and compliance in a complex, technical, and highly service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for procurement optimization. - Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders. - Collaborate with category directors and managers to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. - Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform analytics and reporting tasks. - Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is considered an added benefit. - Shift timing is based on the UK/Europe time zone. Qualifications Required: - Corporate procurement experience within big corporates (domestic or international) for 3-7 years. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
