Job Description -

Understanding students career needs through direct and indirect interactions
Finding opportunities that match those needs on social media platforms and through personal connects
Connecting with corporates in the sectors as applicable and managing relationships with them
Preparing students to apply for selected job opportunities
Arranging for placement events including logistics and other arrangements to facilitate interviews and selection of candidates
Collating data for interviews and selections and updating relevant dashboards
Provide post placement support to students w.r.t. joining and retention as per need Details:

Preferred Skills & Experience
Preferred work experience in student engagement (including internships and volunteer work)
Preferred work experience in sourcing job opportunities in the different sectors
Demonstrated excellence in college, internships and extra-curricular work Top tier graduate and/or postgraduate degree (preferred)
Ability to work in a diverse team and under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in event management (preferred)
