We have an opening for experienced corporate lawyer with 5 years plus experience in similar capacity.

Required strong background in corporate law, taxation, and regulatory compliance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance on business operations, corporate transactions, taxation matters, structuring, and general legal risk management across group companies. This role will work cross-functionally with finance, strategy, investment, operations, and external advisors.
