Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Corporate Leasing Manager to oversee corporate leasing operations. This role involves developing campaigns, managing leasing strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote commercial properties and leasing opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
• Identify, negotiate, and close leasing deals with corporate clients and tenants.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and investors.
• Oversee lease agreements, rental pricing, and contractual negotiations.
• Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and leasing revenue.
• Monitor market conditions and suggest competitive leasing plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field with 3 to 4 years’ experience.
• Proven experience in corporate leasing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in market analysis, leasing strategies, and brand management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
