Job Title: Corporate Leasing Manager Location: Surat Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Corporate Leasing Manager to oversee corporate leasing operations. This role involves developing campaigns, managing leasing strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote commercial properties and leasing opportunities. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Identify, negotiate, and close leasing deals with corporate clients and tenants. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and investors. Oversee lease agreements, rental pricing, and contractual negotiations. Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and leasing revenue. Monitor market conditions and suggest competitive leasing plans. Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field with 3 to 4 years’ experience. Proven experience in corporate leasing, preferably in real estate. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Expertise in market analysis, leasing strategies, and brand management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
