As a potential candidate for the Corporate Leadership Training Program, you will be part of a 15-month program that is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a leadership role within our company. The program is tailored to your individual needs, work experience, and career goals. Key Responsibilities: - Create and follow a personalized learning plan to enhance your skills and knowledge - Undergo intensive training in your chosen area of specialization - Gain exposure to various departments through job rotations - Take on team leadership responsibilities and manage project assignments - Receive guidance, advice, and feedback from assigned Coaches and Mentors - Participate in a variety of Leadership programs to enhance your leadership capabilities - Engage in Hyatt's World of Care programs and initiatives to contribute to the company's values and goals Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field - Possess a good working knowledge of the English language; proficiency in the local language may be required in certain countries - Have relevant internship and work experience in hotel operations, which is considered advantageous for this role,
