Corporate Information Management Specialist

As a Corporate Information Management Specialist, your role will involve working under the direction of the Content Services Delivery Lead. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing all electronic resources and providing support to all databases in coordination with customer groups. - Assisting in analyzing all data and organizing it across various categories. - Analyzing user requirements and ensuring effective transition of the same into technical requirements for management processes. - Liaising with customers to provide solutions to any issues they may have. - Collaborating with IT consultants to discuss and explain customer requests and issues. - Maintaining work instructions and supporting process improvement initiatives. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to perform day-to-day archival activities, including: - Receiving hardcopy documents from internal sources or shipped to operating facilities. - Managing offsite storage requests for storage, retrieval, and return using the corporate endorsed request system. - Providing guidance to internal customers on processes and profiling of offsite storage cartons and contents. - Responding to critical requests and general customer requirements in an accurate, timely, and professional manner. - Running a report of archived cartons past their review date for the annual carton destruction process. - Administering the Safe Custody process as per agreed KPIs and SLA, including registering and filing sensitive information in locked cupboards onsite and offsite. - Managing the mailbox for Safe Custody requests. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.,
