Role Overview: As a Media Relations Specialist at Resonia, your primary responsibility will be to execute the media strategy and maintain strong relationships with regional media outlets. You will play a key role in developing and establishing communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. Your duties will also include supporting and executing crisis communication efforts, managing brand perception, and contributing to the brand revamping process. Additionally, you will be required to conduct project site visits to gather real-time insights. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the media strategy for Resonia - Possess project and stakeholder management skills, focusing on Policy PR - Develop and establish communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders - Conduct project site visits to gather real-time insights - Prepare communication materials such as media coverage, announcements, thought leadership, and CSR initiatives - Support and execute crisis communication efforts and manage brand perception - Work closely on the change management process of brand revamp - Organize internal events, town halls, etc., to engage stakeholders - Travel to project sites as necessary Qualifications Required: - Strong writing skills with the ability to develop content independently - High business acumen to understand and effectively communicate business needs - Stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, media houses, senior leaders, and project teams - Experience in vendor management working with stakeholder communications agencies - Media relations skills to build relationships and connections with PAN India media - Background or experience in Policy PR will be advantageous - Preferred background in journalism experience for this role Role Overview: As a Media Relations Specialist at Resonia, your primary responsibility will be to execute the media strategy and maintain strong relationships with regional media outlets.
