Core PHP / WordPress

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Core PHP / WordPress Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP, in-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, and experience in developing and maintaining custom plugins and themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Build and integrate backend components using Core PHP and WordPress APIs.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot code issues in a timely manner.
• Work with the front-end team to integrate UI/UX elements.
• Maintain website security, backups, and updates.
• Manage and update MySQL databases for dynamic website content.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming).
• Proficient in WordPress architecture, plugin and theme development.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and AJAX.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cPanel, Apache/Nginx, and basic Linux commands.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
