Description
As a Core Network Support Engineer, you will provide 24/7 L2 support for network elements, specializing in fault resolution, IMS, MSC network, and signaling. You will be responsible for network health checks, critical fault management, and coordinating with L3 support for timely fault resolution. You have: Diploma/ Bachelor degree with 6-14 years of experience in Cloud Core Network for 4G & 5G, with hands-on expertise in IMS, MSC, and signaling. Expertise in fault and configuration management, ensuring network reliability and optimal performance. In-depth knowledge of SIP, MAP, CAMEL, Diameter, and other telecom protocols for efficient fault resolution. Expertise in different Linux versions Proficient in scripting with Perl and Shell Well experienced managing various risks during network changes and upgrades, ensuring performance remains optimal. It would be nice if you also had: Certifications in 5G, IMS, and network protocols. Experience preparing and executing test object lists (TOL) You will provide 24/7 L2 Support for fault resolution for core network elements, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. You will be involving in develop and maintain scripts for health checks, which will help monitor the networks status and address issues proactively. You will be enhance your expertise in network protocols like SIP, MAP, CAMEL, and Diameter to resolve faults effectively. You will be gaining experience working with L3 support for complex fault resolution, developing strong troubleshooting and coordination skills. You will get to learn about life cycle management of core network elements and how to ensure smooth commissioning and performance after upgrades. You will be improve your ability to track KPIs and SLAs, ensuring network performance meets customer expectations. You will be contribute to process improvements and assist in maintaining a smooth, efficient operation for ongoing network maintenance.
