As a Lead of Core Solutions for a scheduled commercial Bank in Thrissur, Kerala, your role involves owning the contractual components and End to End solution of various applications including Core Banking Solution, CRM CASA, Retail Asset collection, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, UPI (Issuing and Acquiring), Switch (ATM), Switch (Debit Card Management System), SMS Gateway, Cheque Truncation System, Treasury System, and Treasury Operation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with partners for implementation and support of the applications - Defining, designing, and implementing solutions for the applications - Managing product configurations, customizations, and integrations - Providing production support by tracking and resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs - Managing the testing process including defining test cases, SIT, and UAT - Defining and managing architecture diagrams and DFDs - Handling license and key management, sizing, and performance optimization of the applications - Conducting periodic VAPT and vendor assessment exercises - Supporting User Access review and management - Managing non-production instances and documentation of the applications To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-8 years of experience - Graduation from a recognized university/MBA/Fintech - Preference given to candidates with experience in banking transformation/migration projects Join this commercial Bank in Thrissur, Kerala, and take charge of ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of various critical banking applications.,
