Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Were looking for a versatile and creative Copywriter to join our Content and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for words, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, persuasive, and original copy for websites, blogs, ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms, audiences, and objectives.
• Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and messaging standards.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience needs to inform copy strategies.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, grammar, and quality.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 1.5 years of professional experience in copywriting or content writing.
• Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and SEO best practices.
• Ability to write across multiple formats and adapt to different tones.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the EdTech, training, or education industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, on-site environment.
