About the job

This is a full-time role for copywriters (3 years of experience) who are curious, organised, and highly creative in storytelling driven by Data and Intuition alike. You'll write mostly for Social Media, and often for Emails, Ads, and Campaigns.

TL;DR

For a decade, Experience Co. has been into creating India's most loved purposeful travel IPs like BHX Project (Invite-only Brain Vacation with 20 strangers in a villa) and Bucketlist (World's best experiences that make you feel alive, spread across 30+ countries).

We're looking for a Copywriter to write true to our brand voice across Social Media, Ads, and Email Marketing (think carousels, hooks, one-liners, voice overs, captions, subject lines, CTAs). You'll get a front-row seat to Marketing at ExCo, and driving creative experiments for our community of 200K+. This role is the perfect blend of Data and Creativity in Marketing.

The Work

You'll touch multiple parts of our creative machine: all of it creative, all of it essential. Here's what that could look like:

• Copywriting & Storytelling:

  Write scroll-stopping copy for Social Media, Ads, and Emails. Think campaigns that feel human, on-tone, and alive.

• Creative Innovation:

  Be the torch-bearer of copy-first experiments across platforms, writing copy that generates high-value engagement from our community.

• Content Creation (Copy-first):

  Turn raw moments into crisp copy; partner with design/video team to land the story.

• Creative & Category Research:

  Study interesting campaigns, cultural trends, and brand moves.

• Concept Development:

  Work with the creative team to ideate campaigns, hooks, and storytelling formats that bring our brands to life.

You'd thrive in this role if:

• When a line hits, or it doesn't, you just get it.
• You've written for brands on social media for 3 years.
• You understand what makes audiences stop scrolling.
• You're curious about how strategy, emotion, and storytelling all intersect.
• You ask good questions. And don't wait to be told what to do.
• You tidy a messy Notion page for fun (like popping bubble wrap).
