Copywriter

About the Role We are looking for a Copywriter who can translate brand strategy into powerful, high-performing communication. Someone who can connect creativity with business — who can craft compelling copy, engaging push notifications, and scroll-stopping social content that converts. As a part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping how SuperBottoms connects with parents across digital channels, while staying true to our voice of fun, sustainability, and authenticity.

Hybrid – Two days a week at our Mumbai co-working office, with flexibility for remote work.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Conduct in-depth research to gain a strong understanding of customer personas and their motivations.

● Write compelling and high-performing ad copies for Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

● Develop communication for WhatsApp and Push Notifications that drives engagement and conversions.

● Conceptualize and write content for Instagram Stories and other social media promotions.

● Collaborate with content, creative, performance, and retention teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

● Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice and guidelines across all channels.

● Track and calculate content ROI, document learnings, and apply insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of experience writing performance-led ad copies for Google, Facebook, Emailers, and Web Push.

● Strong command over grammar, spelling, and English language usage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,913.51 per month
