Purpose & Responsibilities:

At IDEX, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We are looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills; to work as our full-time copywriter. As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including digital media, print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the accounts and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand each client's industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

Write, edit and proof-read copy

Create captions, catchy one-liners, and content for banners

Generate clear, accurate and engaging copy across all platforms

Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice

Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements

Lead a big team of copywriters

Guide the team to understand the brief well and deliver good content

QC the content delivered by the team members, be responsible for the quality delivery

Consistently and constantly increase the bar of performance for the members to follow

Lead by example

Collaborate with designers, client team and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)

Find design and copy solutions to business problems

Use SEO principles to maximise copy's reach

Qualifications

BA (English, Literature, Journalism)/ MA (English, Literature, Journalism)

Requisite Skills and Competencies

? 1 years of e-commerce industry experience

? A flair for writing with an understanding of the pulse of eCommerce

? A strong writing portfolio showing copy/ marketing campaign work

? A deep understanding of the Design Thinking Process & Wireframing.

? Experience creating engaging content with a connection to the audience

? A knack for knowledge about trending fashion

? Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed.

? Empathy and advocacy for users in all areas of work.

? Excellent attention to detail.

? Ability to independently manage and meet deadlines.

? Ability to independently manage stakeholders for projects.

? Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
