• 01 year of copywriting experience in a creative/digital agency setup
• A sharp pen, sharper instinctsand a portfolio that shows range, relevance, and originality
• Comfortable using GenAI tools (like GPT-4o, Claude, Meta AI etc.) to ideate faster and work smarter without losing your unique voice
• You get tone and timingwriting for Instagram isnt the same as scripting a reel or crafting a banner
• Youre at home in brainstorms, team huddles, and client roomsyou listen, speak up, and collaborate with ease
