Copy Supervisor - Digital

We are seeking a Copy Supervisor to become a part of our creative team. Your main responsibility will be to expand on the creative direction provided by the strategy team, converting key insights and the brief into persuasive copy. The ideal candidate should be self-reliant, resourceful, and willing to take the lead without constant guidance from senior creatives. As a Copy Supervisor, you will be involved in creating engaging and impactful copy that is in line with the strategic direction and resonates with target audiences across various media platforms such as digital, print, and social. You will interpret insights and requirements from the strategy team to develop concepts that effectively convey brand messaging and campaign objectives. Collaborating closely with the Group Head - Copy and other team members will be crucial to ensure that all copy supports the overall creative vision and strategic objectives. Taking ownership of projects and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity while efficiently managing your workload will be key aspects of this role. You will be responsible for reviewing and editing your work as well as that of junior team members to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all outputs. Integrating feedback from the Group Head - Copy and clients to enhance the effectiveness and alignment of the copy with project goals is also part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies is essential to inform your writing and keep our campaigns fresh and relevant. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an advertising agency or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity. Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling copy that engages audiences and meets strategic objectives is necessary. A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple projects simultaneously, will thrive in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively, are required. A creative problem-solver with a strong ability to think critically and creatively, translating strategic insights into innovative copy solutions, will excel in this position.
