CoPilot Architect

Job Summary:

Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Azure AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement custom CoPilot Studio solutions integrated with multiple knowledge sources and enterprise systems
• Design and develop conversational flows, triggers, skills, and logic using Power FX, Power Virtual Agents, and Adaptive Cards
• Work closely with product and business teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into intelligent automation use cases
• Build, deploy, and maintain CoPilot bots across multiple channels (Teams, Web, Mobile, etc.)
• Integrate with Dataverse, SharePoint Search, Azure AI Search, and external APIs
• Configure and manage Azure AI Foundry environments for LLM orchestration and skill composition
• Optimize bot performance using skills/entities, fallback handling, and knowledge-driven responses
• Lead deployment workflows across development, test, and production environments using standard ALM practices
• Collaborate with teams to create and automate business workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met for all deployments

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents (advanced)
• Proficiency in Power FX, Power Automate, and PowerApps
• Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Search
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Search
• Experience in bot development using custom skills and integrating various knowledge sources
• Understanding of conversational AI best practices and design patterns
• Experience deploying bots across multiple channels (Teams, Web, Mobile)
• Working knowledge of entities, skills, and adaptive cards for dynamic content rendering
• Ability to manage full lifecycle deployments and ALM across environments
• Familiarity with integration patterns and secure authentication in Microsoft ecosystem

Good to Have:

• Exposure to OpenAI integrations with Microsoft tools
• Familiarity with Copilot extensibility (e.g., custom plugins, APIs)
• Certification in PL-600 / PL-400 / AI-102 / Azure AI Engineer
