Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Coordinator (Land Sourcing) to identify and source potential land parcels through online portals, referrals, and direct communication with landowners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams, including acquisition managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source land parcels through real estate portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, etc.), referrals, and broker networks.
• Contact landowners directly to understand availability, pricing, and ownership details.
• Coordinate with the Land Acquisition Manager to assess site feasibility and interest.
• Maintain a systematic database of leads, including status tracking and follow-ups.
• Support preliminary due diligence by gathering documents, ownership details, and basic land information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local agents.
• Provide regular reports on sourcing progress, challenges, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property sourcing, or land acquisition.
• Strong understanding of land sourcing platforms, ownership documentation, and basic land laws.
• Confident, organised, and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with online platforms, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates with a passion for real estate and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sourcing lands in Online.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
