Job Description

The Coordinator - Placement cum Mobilization will be responsible for mobilizing youth for training programs and ensuring successful placement through employer engagement and community outreach. Your primary responsibilities will include mobilizing youth, conducting outreach, counseling and enrolling candidates, coordinating placements and employer interactions, maintaining placement records and follow-ups, as well as supporting training and center operations. To be eligible for this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in mobilization or placements.,
