Role Description

The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing various programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and providing exceptional coordination between beneficiaries of our on-ground programs, teachers, and NGO leaders who are guiding the tasks. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Coordination with team members and partners to achieve program objectives is also essential.

Non-negotiable: Mumbai based

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities, upcoming program implementation, & field visits.
• Manage communication with schools, partners, and communities.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in events, training, and project planning.
• Regular field visits to our partner organisations in Andheri and Goregaon (or within Mumbai)
• In-person office work minimum 3 days a week at BKC Mumbai

Preferred Background:

• Graduate/MSW or relevant background.
• Experience in NGO work preferred.
• Good communication (English and Hindi and Marathi).
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Social Media).

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Program Development skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient in Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
