Coordinator Middle Wing

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Oversight:Managing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the school, and overseeing resource allocation.
• Academic Program Management:Developing and implementing curriculum, coordinating lesson plans, and monitoring student progress.
• Student Support:Providing guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and social-emotional needs, and collaborating with counselors and other support staff.
• Staff Development:Facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers, conducting observations, and providing feedback.
• Community Building:Fostering a positive school environment, promoting collaboration among students, teachers, and parents.
• Communication:Serving as a point of contact for parents, teachers, and other stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication between all parties.
• Event Coordination:Organizing and coordinating school events, including orientation programs, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Discipline and Behavior Management:Addressing student disciplinary issues, implementing school policies, and promoting positive behavior.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and other relevant information.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with school policies, state and national regulations, and other relevant guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
