About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the drive to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of orders.
• Maintain records of POs, vendor communications, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requirements are captured and fulfilled effectively.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies proactively.
• Support the team in day-to-day coordination tasks to maintain seamless workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, procurement, or vendor management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
