Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Attend digital calls, lead conversion, staff deployment and Payment collection Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and databases Manage digital files, documents, and records in an organized manner Handle customer/vendor information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance Process invoices, update transaction records, and verify digital documentation Generate and maintain regular reports for internal use Assist with backend support for digital platforms (Mindtrot) Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Sales) for operational support Monitor and respond to internal queries via email or helpdesk systems Maintain compliance with company policies and data security protocols Identify and suggest improvements for digital workflows and processes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
