Coordinator Cum Translator / Senior Coordinator Cum Translator (French)

As a Support Staff and Tech member at our organization in Mumbai, your role will involve ensuring that foreign patients receive the necessary assistance for all communication with doctors and nurses. Your responsibilities will include: - Reading letters, prescriptions, names of medicines, etc., and translating them into French to effectively communicate with patients. - Assisting the Marketing team in creating digital advertisements, posters, and other materials in French, as well as preparing write-ups in French. - Coordinating with international patients both online and in person to address any queries and provide assistance. - Managing the backend tasks of the International Marketing team. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of work experience and hold a minimum B2 level certification in French. A graduate degree is preferred.
