Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes.
• Follow up on pending tasks with relevant departments and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage documentation, records, and reports for smooth operation.
• Provide support in event planning, project coordination, or client servicing (as per company needs).
• Handle email correspondence and phone communication professionally.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and internal staff.
• Support the management in daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Pleasant personality and team player with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred:

• Experience in [industry-specific requirement, e.g., event coordination, academic institution, client servicing].
• Knowledge of CRM or project management software is a plus.
