Job Description

Role Overview: As a Transformation Leader, your primary responsibility will be to drive standardization of production processes, enhance efficiency, and promote cost-effectiveness. You will also be expected to implement and leverage technology for operational enhancements, lead cross-functional teams, and report on progress and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Standardization of Production Processes: - Assess existing production processes to identify variations and inefficiencies. - Define and document standardized best practices for core production processes. - Develop clear SOPs for consistent implementation across all facilities. - Implement standardized metrics and KPIs. - Audit and monitor compliance. - Driving Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness: - Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities. - Control production costs and benchmark performance. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Implementing and Leveraging Technology for Enhanced Operational Performance: - Develop technology implementation roadmaps. - Lead technology deployment projects. - Utilize data analytics for insights and decision-making. - Leadership and Collaboration: - Develop and communicate vision. - Influence and align stakeholders. - Build and lead cross-functional teams. - Manage change effectively. - Report on progress and impact. Qualifications Required: - Experience of 15+ years in manufacturing, operational excellence, or industrial engineering. - Leadership experience of 5-7 years in operational transformations or standardization. - Proven track record in delivering quantifiable results. - Familiarity with energy management and industrial sectors.
