Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Canteen Chef

Menu Planning & Preparation
Plan and prepare daily/weekly menus considering nutrition, taste, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare a variety of meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages) suited to the canteen’s audience.
Food Production & Quality
Cook and present food to high standards of hygiene, taste, and consistency.
Ensure timely service of meals during peak hours.
Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
Hygiene & Safety
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
Monitor proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
