Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Canteen Chef

  • Menu Planning & Preparation
  • Plan and prepare daily/weekly menus considering nutrition, taste, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare a variety of meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages) suited to the canteen’s audience.
  • Food Production & Quality
  • Cook and present food to high standards of hygiene, taste, and consistency.
  • Ensure timely service of meals during peak hours.
  • Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
  • Hygiene & Safety
  • Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
  • Monitor proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
