About the Role

We are hiring an experienced North Indian / South Indian Cook for our cloud kitchen “Narayani Rasoi”.
The cook must be able to prepare home-style, tasty and consistent dishes and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Cooking & Food Preparation

• Prepare North Indian dishes:

Dal, sabzi, paneer items, roti, paratha, rice items, snacks, thalis, etc.

• Prepare South Indian items (if applicable):

Idli, dosa, vada, upma, chutney, sambar, uttapam, etc.

• Ensure consistent taste, quantity, and hygiene.

2. Kitchen Operations

• Prepare ingredients daily (cutting, marination, dough preparation).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area.
• Follow FSSAI hygiene standards.
• Control wastage and manage portion sizes.

3. Timely Delivery Preparation

• Prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain speed during rush hours.
• Coordinate with the packing staff and manager.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Inform manager when vegetables, groceries, or ingredients are low.
• Proper storage of raw materials and food items.
• Avoid unnecessary wastage.

Requirements

• Experience in North Indian cooking is mandatory.
• Experience in South Indian cooking is a strong plus.
• Ability to handle tawa, tandoor (optional), curry station, or dosa tawa.
• Should be neat, disciplined, and responsible.
• Should maintain kitchen hygiene at all times.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Working Hours

• Morning–evening shifts (adjustable)
• Cloud kitchen working hours depending on restaurant timing

Salary₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month

(Based on skill, experience, and ability to handle both North & South Indian items)
