About Us:
We are a small, cozy café in Lower Dharamkot, serving fresh, soulful food to locals and travelers alike. Our menu combines comforting continental dishes with flavorful Chinese options, offering a homely yet creative food experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and Chinese dishes such as hummus & pita, pasta, noodles, fried rice, stir-fry, etc.
• Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Manage daily prep work, stock rotation, and efficient use of ingredients.
• Work with the team to create smooth café operations and a warm food experience for guests.
• Handle food safety standards and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a cook/chef specializing in Continental and Chinese cuisine.
• Ability to work independently in a small kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation.
• Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
