Job Title: Cook (Continental & Chinese Cuisine) Location: Lower Dharamkot, Himachal Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a small, cozy café in Lower Dharamkot, serving fresh, soulful food to locals and travelers alike. Our menu combines comforting continental dishes with flavorful Chinese options, offering a homely yet creative food experience. Role & Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and Chinese dishes such as hummus & pita, pasta, noodles, fried rice, stir-fry, etc. Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of dishes. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen at all times. Manage daily prep work, stock rotation, and efficient use of ingredients. Work with the team to create smooth café operations and a warm food experience for guests. Handle food safety standards and minimize wastage. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a cook/chef specializing in Continental and Chinese cuisine. Ability to work independently in a small kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation. Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food. Good communication skills and team spirit.
