As a Cook, you play a crucial role in the kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail. Your culinary skills contribute to the overall dining experience, ensuring that customers are served delicious and well-presented meals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation:
• Follow recipes and prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients used.
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to the recipe.
• Cooking:
• Cook and plate dishes according to established standards.
• Monitor cooking processes to ensure food is cooked evenly and meets quality standards.
• Adjust seasoning and flavors as necessary.
• Menu Development:
• Collaborate with the chef to create and refine menu items.
• Suggest improvements and innovative ideas for menu enhancements.
• Kitchen Organization:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Properly store food items to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is in good working condition.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Address and rectify any issues with food quality or presentation.
• Safety and Hygiene:
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Properly handle and store raw ingredients to prevent cross-contamination.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate cooking times and delivery of dishes.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
