Prepare a wide variety of dishes including Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine.
Plan and prepare daily meals as per requirements and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items.
Manage grocery inventory and coordinate timely purchases.
Serve meals on time and be available on-call for special requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook/chef with expertise in multi-cuisine cooking.
Ability to prepare meals for both daily needs and special occasions.
Must be available 24 hours/on-call for cooking and kitchen-related duties.
Good hygiene practices, discipline, and professionalism.
Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
Helper also required to support in daily kitchen and home tasks.
