Job Description – Chef / Cook Location: Palace Hostel by Borrbo, Mysore Company: Borrbo Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Accommodation: Provided by the company Role: We are looking for a dedicated Chef / Cook experienced in preparing Jain and Satvik food to manage the kitchen at Palace Hostel by Borrbo, Mysore. Responsibilities: Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per Jain / Satvik food guidelines. Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen. Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation. Manage kitchen stock and report procurement requirements. Prepare meals on time for hostel guests and staff. Requirements: Experience in cooking pure vegetarian, Jain, or Satvik cuisine. Ability to independently manage kitchen operations. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and traditional vegetarian practices. Commitment to cleanliness, discipline, and hospitality.
