We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality interior design projects. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will play a vital role in scaling operations, optimizing internal processes, improving team productivity, and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the design industry, project management, financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day operations across design, procurement, project management, and installation teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Drive resource allocation, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination.

Project Oversight

• Monitor active projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Resolve bottlenecks and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Financial Management

• Collaborate with the CFO/CEO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability metrics across departments.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes to control costs and improve margins.

Team & Culture

• Lead and mentor department heads and operational staff.
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent within the company.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the CEO to ensure an exceptional client experience from concept to completion.
• Partner with business development and marketing teams to support firm growth and brand consistency.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,107.14 - ₹110,445.73 per month
