Job description Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst - Contractor Responsibilities : -Identify opportunities to improve website experience and key conversion rates using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, etc.) -Provide reporting for analysis projects and AB test results -Build visualizations, dashboards, and templates for optimization activities -Provide insights and make go-forward recommendations from completed AB tests -Gather requirements for planned AB tests -Identify opportunities for personalization across the digital experience -Program and monitor ongoing AB tests and personalization activities -High volume of written and verbal communication to internal stakeholders -Help internal stakeholders answer business questions using digital tools Qualifications : -Proven experience with industry-leading web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) -Experience with AB testing/personalization tools is preferred (Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, etc.) -Proficient written verbal communication skills -Prior experience at a Fortune 500 company is preferred -Base knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus -Project management and organization skills is a plus
