Job Description

As a Growth Executive at our Lower Parel, Mumbai location, you will play a crucial role in driving business impact through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies and data analysis. Your primary focus will be split between implementing CRO initiatives to enhance digital journeys and user experiences, as well as analyzing data to uncover insights that guide decision-making. In the realm of Conversion Rate Optimization, you will be responsible for owning and executing the CRO roadmap. This includes designing and conducting A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates. By auditing user journeys on web and mobile platforms, you will identify barriers to conversion and propose solutions. Collaboration with design and development teams will be vital in implementing UX/UI changes that drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, you will develop CRO playbooks, frameworks, and testing protocols to ensure consistent success and optimize key funnel metrics. On the data analysis front, you will collect and analyze user behavior and marketing performance data using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and others. Building dashboards and reports to monitor growth metrics, experiment performance, and ROI will be part of your routine. By identifying trends and anomalies in the data, you will provide actionable insights to various teams and help translate data into business decisions. Furthermore, you will keep a close eye on SEO, paid media, and retention campaigns to identify optimization opportunities based on data-driven strategies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Previous experience of at least 1 year in CRO, analytics, or growth-focused roles is preferred, especially in agency or consulting environments. Proficiency in CRO tools like VWO, Hotjar, Google Optimize, and analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, and HubSpot is essential. Hands-on experience in designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests, a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are required. Knowledge of SQL or BI tools will be a plus. An analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are key attributes for success in this role.,
