The Role Are you passionate about helping students to take the next step in their education journey? We’re hiring Conversion Executives (International) to deliver impactful engagement activities that guide international applicants from initial interest through to enrolment. Working as part of a globally connected team and based in India, you’ll support market-specific conversion strategies by executing telephone outreach, digital campaigns, and online and in-person events — all designed to help students make informed, confident decisions about their future. This is a fast-paced, student-facing role ideal for professionals with experience in student recruitment, customer service, marketing, or sales. You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams, academic departments and agents to deliver timely, personalised touchpoints that improve conversion outcomes. If you’re target-driven, highly organised, and confident in communicating with diverse audiences, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your career in international education. Working as part of the groups global team, you will provide support and assistance to other global offices as and when required. Our Successful Candidate We are looking for a passionate, results-driven candidates who can execute a clear plan, collate market intelligence, ensure a return on investment, and inspire a wide range of stakeholders in pursuit of ambitious performance goals. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with the ability to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and written. Your role will involve advising prospective students, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective performance across all recruitment channels. You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst working with varied priorities.
