Job Description

Design, develop, and implement advanced control algorithms and features for new Platform WTG.
Create and validate control system models using controller and aeroelastic simulation tools.
Continuously improve the control strategies to maximize energy capture, ensure the structural integrity and stability of the wind turbine components.
Identify and develop strategies to improve operational challenges and Effective LCOE.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including aerodynamics, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
Build/Establish the Software development, Simulation and Validation process by rigorous frameworks to increase productivity.
Lead control system testing and validation activities in laboratory and field environments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Build/Establish hybrid power plant control with Grid complaint advanced features.
Investigate and resolve control system-related issues, provide expert advice to the broader engineering team and stakeholders.
Bring the latest advancements, innovation and technology adoption in control engineering.
Prepare clear and detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
