Controlling & Planning CoE Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at our company, your role involves analyzing business performance, benchmarking key performance indicators, and partnering with Local controllers to understand financial drivers. You will also prepare financial analysis for various scenarios, analyze overhead absorption, and track capital expenditure budget. Additionally, you will analyze inventories, Net Working Capital, and Cashflow, support month-end closure activities, and ensure accuracy of financials. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast - Benchmark key performance indicators with external and internal peers - Partner with Local controllers to analyze financial performance drivers - Prepare financial analysis for various scenarios and sensitivity analysis - Analyze overhead under/over absorption and identify root cause - Analyze Product/Customer profitability - Track and analyze Capital Expenditure budget and actual spent on a monthly basis - Analyze inventories, Net Working Capital, and Cashflow - Support month-end closure activities - Review P&L and B/S and propose necessary corrections - Analyze monthly data for MIS and present in a meaningful format - Perform activities related to Internal controls and SOX audit - Compare monthly/quarterly MIS data with benchmarks and provide comments - Support preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Validate accuracy of financial data by performing reconciliation and review - Perform Ad Hoc tasks as assigned Knowledge and Skills: - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Effective communication and presentation skills - Hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including CO-PA, and understanding of modules like SD, PP, MM, PS - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Initiative-taking with a strong commitment to quality and adherence to deadlines Please note that if you are an individual with a disability requiring accessibility assistance during the job application process, you may request reasonable accommodations by completing a general inquiry form on our website.
